With the official announcement that One Piece is entering into its final phase of publication, it's understandable that fan attention is focused on how all the loose ends involving Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates will be tied up. That focus, however, threatens to diminish the attention that is rightfully due to the penultimate storyline, the Wano Country arc.

Beginning with the publication of One Piece chapter in July and ending with One Piece chapter in June , the Wano Country arc is one of the longest story arcs in the manga's year history. Its length alone marks it as one of the more noteworthy stories of the One Piece saga. Moreover, with the Luffy and Kaido face-off , it contains what must be one of the drawn-out battles in comic book history. But most importantly, what makes the Wano Country arc manga ambrosia is the muscular creativity that creator Eiichiro Oda consistently displays over the nearly four years of its run.

The primary reason why Wano County is the best arc fans will ever see from One Piece is first and foremost because it's a great story. Despite its length, Wano Country is the tightest arc in the manga. There are some offshoot stories that go nowhere and add nothing to the ultimate telling of the story, but generally all efforts, actions, and commentary in the arc add to or supplement the massive battle that eventually sees the defeat of the Kaido-Big Mom alliance and Luffy's rise to become an Emperor of the Sea.

This alone is enough to give the story a satisfying payoff and make it worth the length. Wano Country also includes elements of One Piece lore that span the full manga backstory. For instance, the emergence of Luffy and Buggy as "Emperors of the Sea" links back to the Impel Down arc that found both fighting their way out of the World Government's underwater prison. There is also the incorporation of the Oden story that links back to the legend of Gol D.

While these kinds of story links are common in many comics, few creators can pull them off quite as well as Oda, especially considering the longevity of the manga. In addition to the story, the build-up to the finale is unmatched. This includes the introduction of a range of interesting characters and their interesting backstories, as well as the numerous flashbacks such as Oden's prior battle with Kaido, and, of course, the story of Laugh Tale.

Not to mention, from Gol D. Roger versus Whitebeard to Sanji versus Queen, the build-up also includes the best collection of fights in all of manga. Oda clearly tapped into his two decades of experience writing One Piece to craft a masterpiece of manga storytelling in the Wano Country arc. It has everything readers could ever want in a comic. Be it tragedy, triumph, love, hate, honor, corruption, and redemption - Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates have experienced it all throughout One Piece.

When taken as a whole, the Wano Country arc it will go down as the best example of contemporary manga that we are unlikely to see again. Marcel Green is a comics news writer for Screen Rant. When using traditional software there is a steep learning curve. Creating 3D using a mouse and a flat screen is not natural, and many of the steps on the way from sculpting to animation are very technical. Within minutes you'll get the hang of the program and you will be able to start creating like you never imagined. Creating 3D objects in an immersive environment is so much more intuitive because you're actually in the same space as your creation. Anne of Green Gables is one of the most popular works in the World Masterpiece Theater series, both in Japan and in the English-speaking sphere. According to many of those who have seen it, it may even qualify for the title of best anime of all time. This latter, darker aspect of Anne appears to be at best underdiscussed, or at worst completely unknown, in English-speaking circles. Such does not seem to be the case in Japan, where a recent popularity poll placed it second, ahead of such popular entries as Anne of Green Gables or A Dog of Flanders.

So naturally, the question on every fan's lips is which new locale Luffy and his Straw Hat Pirates will head to next. Fueling the fires of the countless fan theories is the recent revelation that author and artist Eiichiro Oda will be taking a month-long hiatus in order to prepare for the final saga of One Piece. So with that in mind, here are some of the leading theories on where the first arc of the final saga will take place, leading the Straw Hats into the beginning of the end. Elbaf was first mentioned all the way back in the Little Garden arc in the early days of the manga, in which the Straw Hats crossed paths with the giant warriors Dorry and Brogy. Elbaf is also notable for being the kingdom where Charlotte Linlin — aka Big Mom, one of the Four Emperors of the Sea — spent her childhood. But while Big Mom has already been defeated — at least for now — many fans speculate that the Straw Hats will encounter another Emperor in Elbaf.

I cant follow these Takara manga anymore, I mean it seems intresting but, the last one with the weird multi color multiverse, was just a massive crazy thing of random color characters, and the main convoys for it basically meant you were one of the few people that had them all due to rarity, why couldnt they just have continued with this guy being the clone? Nothing in Japan makes sense. Please tell me we're back to Takara Comics teasing new figures.
