Most of you probably remember spending your weekend as a child sitting in front of the TV and watching cartoons. And the iconic characters from those shows can still make us laugh today. So here are what we consider to be Cartoon Network's top 10 funniest cartoon characters. DeeDee was the high-spirited, annoying sister of Dexter that was often the funniest character in the show.
