Welcome to 6teen, an animated situation comedy set entirely in a gigantic shopping mall. Masterson goes into labour, and while her Lamaze coach Jen desperately tries to escape from various sticky situations at the mall including a shoelace-eating escalator, defective elevator, and Ron's jail cell , the rest of the gang heads to the hospital. Jen volunteers to babysit, and immediately finds out how hard it is to keep a baby from crying. So when Coach calls asking her to pick up a shift, she calls in Jonesy to substitute babysit for her.

The series follows a sextet of year-old teenagers named Jude, Jen, Jonesy, Nikki, Wyatt, and Caitlin — the first five having known each other since kindergarten and the last being a new addition to their circle. These six friends all hang out and work part-time jobs at a megaplex shopping mall somewhere in Canada known as the Galleria Shopping Mall , where they always head to after school and on weekends. A Slice of Life series, 6teen focuses not on their lives in high school but the common everyday things they do in their free time as they struggle to balance work in their first ever jobs with the daily problems of being a teenager, from romance and friendship to getting their first tastes of sweet freedom and making the most of their youth while it lasts. The series was a co-production between Nelvana and Fresh TV , being the latter company's very first series. It aired on Teletoon in Canada, becoming one of the channel's most popular and long-running series during its time on air. Broadcasting in the United States was originally handled by Nickelodeon in , but they dropped the show quite quickly afterwards.

A show on Teletoon Canada that revolves around 6 teens 16 years old that work at the same mall together. They seem to act older than 16 though. Many of the stores in the mall are spoofs of real stores and the mall is based on Toronto Eatons Center and West Edmonton Mall Although it is rated G, there is some slightly more mature content making it super humorous. I think teens would appreciate the humor a lot more than kids I'm 17 Its well scripted, light to watch and the animation is easy on the eyes. Jonesey : NO! I, I mean bowl!
