Who Framed Roger Rabbit is one of those perfect '80s movies that I could watch every day of my life and never get sick of. Combining the classic detective movie—e. But in a good way. I'll look like a cartoon at that point! If they do it, I'm in! One of the more creative aspects of the original, to me, was the juxtaposition of of living, breathing, live-action characters next to animated ones. Does anyone, anywhere, want to see a typically boisterous Roger Rabbit alongside an unnaturally stiff and dead-eyed Eddy Valiant?

The movie traffics in perhaps the greatest suspension of disbelief in all of cinema—the assertion of the real-world coexistence of cartoon characters and actual humans. But Roger Rabbit, directed by Robert Zemeckis in , suggests that cartoons are real, viable parts of the regular world. And they make the world much more dazzling by being in it! Jojo Rabbit is a comedy-drama film written and directed by Taika Waititi , adapted from Christine Leunens 's book Caging Skies.
