覚醒の時!バトル再び

Yu Yu Hakusho begins with Yusuke getting run over by a car and dying. Not your typical start to an anime. From there we get to see him find out that others really do care about him. Knowing this, Yusuke works to try and reincarnate himself. First he has to incubate an egg and hatch a spirit beast. He eventually succeeds and comes back to the living world. As part of the deal Yusuke now has to become a spirit detective for Koenma.

We meet Hiei and Kurama, two of the three thieves. Yusuke gets all three artifacts back. His real reason for being there is to stop the demon Rando from acquiring the power.

A good thing for him. I have to say, I still enjoy these episodes. Where Yu Yu Hakusho excels is in presenting us with characters that are fun to watch. Yusuke runs his mouth to everyone he comes across. Instead of everyone else dismissing him, they give it right back to him.

One part that really got me was when Botan made fun of Yusuke in episode 2. Kuwabara really turns into a good friend for Yusuke. Yusuke also gets to see that Kuwabara is in the same boat as him when it comes to how teachers at their school unfairly harass them.

The entire anime ran from the end of to the end of and boy can I tell it from the character design. You could pick out when this one was made just by looking at it.

When I watch older anime one thing that stands out is the choppiness of the dialogue. I recently did a review of the anime movie Vampire Hunter D and it was painfully obvious that the flow of the dialogue was not the top priority. I suspect that as anime became more popular in the United States then there was a larger emphasis on overall quality.

Conversations in Yu Yu Hakusho run together smooth and make sense. Yusuke starts off by only being able to shoot one shot a day from his spirit gun. Sometimes everything tends to run together.

Their banter is far more entertaining and believable than most anime. What more can you say? Skip to content. Is this anime worth watching? Now go watch some anime! Mob Psycho Ep. Fire Force Season 2 Episode 14 Review. Follow Me :.

Yu Yu Hakusho King Enma

The four arcs of Yu Yu Hakusho are not only unique, they're constructed in a manner that allows its protagonists to develop their strengths and experiences in the right order. As one of the first major shounen anime , Yu Yu Hakusho concludes its storyline with flawless precision, explaining why it managed to influence the entire genre. It ends almost exactly where it begins, with each character receiving the closure they deserve. This list will briefly discuss a few major events that fans may not have caught the first time around. However, he doesn't really need them, seeing as he could simultaneously overcome the combined might of Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama and Hiei. This is partially because of his fractured mind, which produces seven unique personalities that represent different aspects of his being. Kazuya is the violent monster, George is a weapons specialist, Hitoshi is empathetic, Naru is the gentle soul, Minoru is the charmer, Makoto is the beast of burden, and Shinobu is himself. Itsuki is Sensui's "friend", but that's certainly not all there is to their relationship. As a gatekeeper, he has access to unexplainable techniques , such as producing interdimensional portals that can even bypass the barrier between the Human and Demon worlds.

That's cause Yama is a character in Japanese mythology. Like Hades, he's the god of death or king of hell. +9.

Although based on the god Yama of the Hindu Vedas, the Buddhist Yama has spread and developed different myths and different functions from the Hindu deity. In the Pali canon, the Buddha states that a person who has ill-treated their parents, ascetics, holy persons, or elders is taken upon his death to Yama. In response to Yama's questions, such an ignoble person repeatedly answers that he failed to consider the karmic consequences of his reprehensible actions and as a result is sent to a brutal hell "so long as that evil action has not exhausted its result.

Upon the crowning of King Enki, a proclamation was made that any demon caught causing havoc in the Human Realm would be severely punished. And so, the King's ord The Spirit Detective could not only hear their voices, but he also began to grasp at his other senses now. He could feel that he was lying shirtless on a sleek, polished surface, probably a table of some sort, with some thick gel lining his body.

Which makes a lot of sense. Yu Yu Hakusho rocks.

Yoshihiro Togashi's classic series Yu Yu Hakusho is mostly known these days for its animated adaptation, but the original manga had a very different, very sudden ending that came about for some truly tragic reasons. The story follows Yusuke Urameshi, a boy who dies and is brought back to life to act as an agent for an afterlife bureaucracy, sent to investigate supernatural occurrences on Earth. However, this premise is quickly cast aside as the threat level of enemies increases radically, turning the series into a particularly dark take on the shonen martial arts and action genre. It's well known for its use of tournament arcs , with three separate tournaments taking up the bulk of the series. The manga had a very controversial ending, which seemed to come out of nowhere and implied that the heroes had merely been pawns for King Enma of the spirit world.

He currently reigns this realm together with his son, Koenma. He is one of the most powerful characters in the series. He is very strict, short tempered and punishes Koenma , for incompetence at a job that was, until the outcome of the Three Kings Saga , his own responsibility.
