Originally thought to be the strongest being that ever was, Frieza destroyed planets and civilizations without breaking a sweat.
He was also the one to destroy planet Vegeta. He was the villain to fear — and he relished the fact. He was the villain that caused Goku to transform into a Super Saiyan for the very first time.
While he has been defeated multiple times, he just keeps coming back stronger and stronger. And he does so with the same smug look on his face.
