A human boy named Finn and his best friend Jake, a magical, talking dog, set out on their adventures in the magical Land of Ooo. Adventure Time — A human boy named Finn and his best friend Jake, a magical, talking dog, set out on their adventures in the magical Land of Ooo. Series finale. Things go wrong when Finn and Fern explore a dungeon. When they return to Ooo, Finn and Jake discover that there have been radical changes in their absence.
Finn, Jake and BMO's dreams fall under the influence of a mysterious orb. Finn fills in for Doctor Princess. Jake and Grass Finn go searching for the Grass Wizard to find out where he came from. Grass Finn changes his name to Fern and Susan finally awakens from her coma. Finn gets a new robotic arm from Princess Bubblegum. We learn more about Grass Finn.
The mini-series finale. The group makes it to Founders' Island, and find a city of humans. Finn meets his mother and finds out about her past and what has happened to the islands. On the voyage we learn how Minerva and Martin met and about Finn's past. Finn and Jake find BMO on an island of humans where everyone is connected to a virtual reality simulator. Finn wakes up on an island where the weather drastically fluctuates and looks for his missing friends.
Finn, Jake, and Susan encounter a sea dragon named Whipple who turns out to be rather annoying. A large robotic craft arrives in Ooo searching for humans. Finn and Jake meet Doctor Gross. Jake needs his daughter's help in an underground Card Wars tourney to move on from his embarrassing past. Finn must deliver a gift to Cinnamon Bun. Finn unearths a treasure with a terrible price at the top of Dead Mountain.
When Ice King's magic crown goes haywire, Marceline and Princess Bubblegum resort to extreme measures to help him. Finn has secret meetings with a powerful wizard. Trapped and alone, Finn must unravel the riddle of the weird cave with no exit. After Finn is rejected by Princess Bubblegum again, Jake searches for another girl for him, eventually journeying to the court of the Fire Kingdom to win its princess. Ice King visits Marceline to ask for help in creating a song to attract princesses, but Marceline struggles to deal emotionally with his presence.
Jake's dad presents a strange challenge to the guys when he appears to them in a holographic message. Jake's daughter Viola is up for a role in a play by a hot new director -- Lumpy Space Princess. Finn and Jake head into Ghost Princess' Cemetery to find the cause of her death, while she finds something greater Finn is freaked out by Clown Nurses, so he searches for another way to heal his and Jake's broken toes.
The guardians of the books in the Library seek help from Finn and Jake to save them from the evil Moldos. Finn and Jake are trapped in Marceline's closet because they thought Marceline would suck their blood. Finn and Jake find the Ice King's video diary and have a chance to unearth his secrets. Jake dreams about his death, and Finn takes action when events from the dream start to come true.
Finn and Jake take a trip to a frozen wasteland to do some housekeeping. The Snow Golem visits the border between the Fire Kingdom and the Ice Kingdom and discovers a lost fire wolf that needed the golem's help to get home. A tiny cat assassin infiltrates Jake's nose, blackmailing him to murder Wildberry Princess. Finn and Jake find themselves alone after the people of the Candy Kingdom vanish. Ice King suffers a heartbreaking loss and it's up to Finn and Jake to find the culprit.
One very spooky night, Finn and Jake come face-to-face with an urban myth. BMO convinces his friends to join him in a live action cowboy role-playing game. When another plague of Candy Zombies arises and Princess Bubblegum is among the undead, Finn and his friends are in a race against time to figure out how to stop it Finn and Jake receive an invitation to a masquerade dinner. It turns into a whodunit as guests start to meet their demise.
When Tree Trunks' apples go missing, she, Finn, and Jake descend into the dark side of the Candy Kingdom in order to find the thief. Finn, Jake, BMO, Marceline, and Princess Bubblegum must come together and play music as a genuine band in order to open the gate of the Door Lord and retrieve their stolen items.
Fionna puts up with the sudden courtship of Prince Gumball while taking advice from her partner Cake in dealing with guys. The Wizards of Ooo battle to win a kiss from Princess Bubblegum. Can Jake and Finn remain mere spectators? Moe visits the tree house with a special birthday surprise for BMO.
Ice King freezes Finn and Jake with a potion so he can force them to befriend him. The king and queen of Lumpy Space ask Finn and Jake to bring their daughter back home. At the same time, they attempt to stop a "monster" from destroying a village.
Ice King hires a hitman to teach Finn and Jake a lesson. The Ice King may be taking the term hitman too literally. Finn and Jake enter Marceline's mind to awaken her from a sleep spell she had cast on herself. Marceline must defeat each of the old vampires released back into the land of Ooo. The duo choose to partake in gladiatorial combat against the Fight King's ghost warriors, but Finn succumbs to bloodlust while Jake becomes obsessed in keeping a cool morale.
