The idea for the LEGO Adventure Time brick figure set came from a submitted proposal via the Lego Ideas website, where people can suggest and show support for different ideas for new Lego sets which could potentially be sold at toy retailers worldwide. The idea was submitted by a Lego Ideas user called aBetterMonkey, the idea reached the magic 10, supporters threshold, after reaching the 10, supporters goal, Lego reviewed and approved the idea. LEGO fans from all over the world contribute to the Ideas program which features amazing models taking the form of everything from vehicles, and futuristic space stations, to well-known scenes from famous movies. Fans are encouraged to vote on the LEGO Ideas website for their favorite concepts and if an idea garners 10, votes within the selection period, it will be judged by a LEGO review panel and could become a real product available.
