As the sun sets around Seoul Station, an old man thought to have died sinks his teeth into the warm flesh of a homeless person. Soon, the streets are filled with vicious zombies desperate to feed. Hae-sun, a runaway, witnesses the frightening sight while her father Suk-gyu and boyfriend desperately search for her. As the attacked become the attackers, the government declares a lock out of the station, leaving the uninfected to struggle desperately against the dangerous undead. With zombie numbers exploding, people without a home to return to, now have to flee without a place to run to, in order to survive. When the infected approached Rei and Takashi's school, it led to a gruesome blood bath that left the majority of students and staff dead or turned into the zombie-like monsters that have spread throughout the world.

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress Episode 8 – Review

He is not afraid to speak up. Yet, that makes me afraid for him because Biba is not playing games. He is killing anyone that he sees as the problem and transforming people into Kabaneri. Although, they are an extremely effective weapon that does not make things right. The scene where Mumei stabbed the guy, it was somehow similar to a moment in Shingeki no Kyojin with Mikasa.

Nevertheless, Mumei moment was not so epic yeah, I am SNK fan and Biba is an asshole, who made her get rid of her own name. I am hating this guy so much and the worst thing is, I know he is not going to die soon. Beautifully animated with a good soundtrack as expected from this show. Anime Review: Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress Season 1

Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress or Koutetsujou no Kabaneri, an anime that is rather similar to Attack on Titan in the premise. But do you know it was done by the same studio? Though the ratings, reviews have all been not so impressive to this anime, it was still a blast for viewers. We think it is too underrated and needs more attention. While this episode anime series received mixed reviews from the audience, we say, it is too underrated. Every aspect has been implemented perfectly and perhaps it is because everyone compares this one to Attack on Titan. In fact, the pace of the story is terrific. And the fact that it took the setting to a whole new level makes it even more impressive. The comparison in writing with Attack on Titan is only true with basic premises. With the rest, it has its own merits and in some instances, it even pars with Attack on Titan.

I was fine with Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress at first—excited even—but I later saw why this show got a good bit of hate from a lot of people. Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress is Japanese steampunk zombie apocalypse. In terms of the whole steam weaponry this show makes use of, I quite like the motif. The Railway Rifle is my favorite weapon in Fallout 4, and the guns here match that.

Hey guys Kris here for another review of Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress titled Begging the Heavens, AKA as close to a beach episode we are ever going to get in this series. But for me I actually really like episodes like this, it gives a breath of relief for them and gives them a chance to seeing the characters jut be themselves and have fun. Also I did find it weird that even though Mumei spoke so highly of Biba before, in her flashback she seemed to show a hint of fear in her eyes of him, were just going to have to wait and see.
