At first, the shorts were just meant to be kept inside the walls of Disney Animation; they were produced with the hope of exploring new technology, allowing artists to take risks in visuals and story, and ultimately, surface new talent from within the Studio. Recently, I got to swing by Walt Disney Animation Studios for a screening of all the Short Circuit films and chat with the amazing directors whose visions brought all of them to life!
