So, what do I mean by bad anime. There are any number of flaws that could make an anime or any story for that matter bad. It could be bad writing, problematic elements or awful animation among other things. Digimon Tamers for example was made on a budget, the animation is not as good as the first two Digimon series. I find dissecting bad anime a lot of fun, I enjoy analysing stories just as much as losing myself in a good story. That bring said there is even bad anime that I can not stomach and have to abandon, an example being Citrus. The anime is badly written filled with problematic elements and makes me uncomfortable.

But let me tell you one thing, I will forever resent season 1 and season 2 of the black butler anime, it completly ruins the perception of the actual well-written storyline and it ruins so many good characters. This manga is so fucking good and people are going to think im an absolute wierdo for enjoying it because of the anime. The manga actually portrays Ciel and Sebastians dynamic in a more realistic and non gross and pedophelic manner. The manga makes Grell smarter instead of her just being a laughing stock and punching bag. The manga acknowledges and portrays the secondary characters a lot better and gives them depth.
