Okay im actually 21 but the site wanted me to pay if I was over 18 so let's say im 17 for the sake of being able to post this haha This is the saddest anime or maybe just show in general i have ever seen.
Like wow. The 1st season is upbeat for the most part, typical slice of life with some very mild supernatural themes revolving around Fuko and the "light orbs" In the last season the light orbs come back as a majority part of the ending and become attactched to the secondary story in the illusionary world the girl and the robot occasionally shown at the beginning if episodes in the last season U won't spoil anything but basicly, its appropriate if your kids are up for full sobbing level of sadness in After Story.

The best anime yet. But I think people under 13 should not watch this show. Well first of all, there is barely any sex, only a scene where the MC and a girl get locked in a storage room, close zooms on breasts and underwear, nothing sexual happens.
As for violence, just some kicking and punching, blood is never shown. Drinking, there is a decent amount. Swearing, a few words here and there.
This show can make anyone cry, even if you are a grown adult, you will cry. Small kids would get emotionally disturbed, and would suffer sadness for a long time. Tsubasa H.
Despite the show's reputation for being incredibly sad which it definitely is, one of the major character'd death was the hardest I've ever cried watching anything I feel like just that description does this show a huge disservice. Firstly, I want to talk about the show's main female lead, Nagisa.
Nagisa is a character who I see a lot of myself in. I've drawn strength from her in my real life and she's such a huge inspiration. She's kind, empathetic, and an overall great role model. The the show has a great message too. The main reason I'm giving it a high age rating is that I don't think kids and younger teens will get a whole lot out of it. But I can't recommend the show enough to anyone who's ready to handle it.
I'm glad I met you, you made me so happy. No matter what happens, please, don't regret meeting me. This is my most favorite anime series of all time, as well as the first I ever watched. I will give a brief over view of the content in the show and I will attempt to keep it as spoiler-free as possible.
However, one character named Youhei Sunohara is a very perverted character, but it's all for laughs as he's also a total idiot. He attempts to prove a girl is transgender this isn't true as well as touch her inappropriately although she kicks his butt everytime he harasses her.
Other content includes Kotomi Ichinose covering up Tomoya Okazaki's the main character eyes and pressing her large breasts against his back as a joke also played for laughs. He, however, is extremely irritated by this and jerks away.
Most of the sexual content is done jokingly and never over the top bad. Akio Furukawa makes occasional suggestive comments about his wife, such as saying she has big boobs. Nagisa and Tomoya do have sex after they're married this isnt seen at all, just her telling that she wants to have a baby and Nagisa awkwardly admits that she's pregnant.
Sunohara and Okazaki get into a fight in one episode that involves them yelling at each other, punching and kicking. This is meant to be emotional rather than violent.
Overall, nothing to serious. However, he is seen only in few episodes and there's nothing overly bad although he does get arrested later on in the series for illegal drug abuse also meant to be sad. Nothing major ever happens. Everything about this series is nearly perfect. Wonderful character development, beautiful and tragic stories, hilarious hijinks and misunderstandings, amazing actors, and tearjerking to the very end, Clannad will always be my most favorite anime series of all time.

It starts off funny and like a seemingly light-hearted anime, but then the characters are crying during the next arc. Too much melodrama and intensity in it for me. I probably would've enjoyed it at years old but this is boring. I don't even see how young kids can enjoy this.
