Rurouni kenshin cast interview
Kenshin's story is set in a fictional version of Japan during the Meiji period. Kenshin wanders the Japanese countryside offering protection and aid to those in need as atonement for the murders he once committed as an assassin. In Tokyo , he meets a young woman named Kamiya Kaoru , who invites him to live in her dojo, despite learning about Kenshin's past. Throughout the series, Kenshin begins to establish lifelong relationships with many people, including ex-enemies, while dealing with his fair share of enemies, new and old. As a result, he was given a virile appearance with long red hair as well as cross-shaped scar in his face. He was also based on the hitokiri Kawakami Gensai.

EFM 2021: The buzz titles from Japan
The director and actors of Rurouni Kenshin movie are surprised for the warm reception that we gave to them for two days and this gave a lot of hype for the Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno movie that will open on Aug 20 in all Philippine cinemas and also in all Ayala cinemas. Director Keishi Otomo said that he will bring this awesome experience to Japan and will share it to other Rurouni Kenshin cast members that we appreciate their hard work in creating the film. I forgot to mention that the whole Glorietta activity center was in full house with lots of fans of Rurouni Kenshin, most of them came from outside the city, some are from Davao City. Kenshin rules!

I hopped on the Takeru bandwagon a bit later than others due to holding out to watch what is now one of my favourite Japanese movies of all time, Rurouni Kenshin. His gentle character and humble nature are just two of his finest points, and I love how easily embarrassed he gets, especially since it proves how human and down-to-earth he is. When Rurouni Kenshin was first announced to be a movie, I was really apprehensive about checking it out. How wrong I was! Most people are no stranger to Sato Takeru as an actor. While he gains popularity, however, internationally and otherwise, he still manages to stay adorably down-to-earth and level-headed. Elan D'or Awards Rookie of the Year. Takeru was scouted and first made his debut when he was still in second grade in senior high school and built a foundation of his career through all kinds of opportunities given to him by his agency. He landed his first role in as one of the lead characters in the manga adaptation Princess Princess D. Adapted from a manga, it follows a baseball club composed of delinquents and the amateur teacher who decides to do his utmost to guide them to achieve their dream of going to the Koshien baseball tournament.
