I've watched it since it's series premier, and I gotta be honest: it's not as good as I thought it would be.
From the okay animation, the annoying she-puns in the script, to the disbelief of it all how a dude was able to use a superpower ring that only the females in his family could. Maybe I've been watching too much Withchblade, but the fact that the thing didn't safeguard itself and attached easily to Guy is a little unshelevable Does it get a little better going forward?
As a lover of gender bender media and bad puns I would have to say that I couldn't make it past the unbearable she-jokes.

It's pretty conventional otherwise. A few superhero tropes have been played with here and there, but it's not the kind of show that's gonna do gangbusters.
I love the show myself. It's punny and kinda corny, but that's alright. As for the ring, it's stated in like episode 5 or so that you don't choose the ring, the ring chooses you.
It's been passed down from Aunt to Niece since prehistory, obviously, there's something about Guy that the ring would choose him over Kelly. I think it must be like, Guy must be sort of transgender without realizing it, and likes doing "extreme guy stuff" to block it out. I don't know. Also, the more pink, the better. They locked us up in a house made of candy.
The concept is the only reason to watch the show to be honest. Good premise, boring execution. The show's terribly average, from the animation to the villains to the corny-ass dialogue seriously, the she-puns are easily the most annoying aspect of the show.
I do like the design of of SheZow and Kelly, though. Words I wish people would stop saying, in no particular order: 1. That is all. WindMouseHanpan 8 years ago 7. As others have said, it's beyond corny. It's almost as if the show TRIES to be corny on purpose, and while it may be entertaining for 1 or 2 episodes, it quickly begins to grate on you and become almost unbearable, mostly from all the she-jokes.

There are like three anime I know of that have the same concept, and they're probably less painful to watch. Like was said, It was mildly amusing for like one ep, then it became pretty groan-worthy.

I mean is it what a place on Shazzam but they couldn't do She-zam because copyright? VERY frequently.
