Keroro characters

Sergeant Keroro , also known by its title in its English dubbed version as Sergeant Frog , is a comedy manga adapted into television. While the show is not really classified as a mecha series, it is filled to the brim with mecha, old anime, and tokusatsu references with more attention to Gundam due to the animation being done by Gundam's studio, Sunrise. Many of the names and locations used in the anime were renamed or shortened in the English dub done by Funimation to make the show more friendly to English-speaking audiences. Planet Keron, a planet of frog-like aliens, sends a squadron led by Sergeant Keroro Sergeant Kero in dubbed versions as a preemptive reconnaisse force to invade Earth called Pekopon or Planet Wuss by the aliens in the original and dubbed respectively. However, Sergeant Keroro is caught sneaking around Fuyuki Hinata's room and the invasion is abruptly called off. The squadron is now separated and stranded, and Sergeant Keroro must depend on the Hinata family and adapt to Pekopon life until he regroups with his comrades and lead them in taking over the Pekopons.

Sergeant Frog

Once the deadly and highly respected Commander of the Keroro Platoon, he was chosen to lead his elite alien invaders to conquer the planet Earth. Now, he is the hapless and "mostly harmless" captive of the Hinata Family. Momoko was the first to find Private Tamama on Earth and she has an unhealthy crush on Fuyuki Hinata. The "Queen of Terror" who was sent to Earth by her father to cause the planets destruction, as predicted by Nostradamus. However she arrived years too early and took a nap in orbit, until she woke up 5 years pass the date of destruction.
