Gakkou Gurashi (School Live)
Originally a one panel character whose only purpose was to show us that cute furry animals can become terrifying monsters, his inclusion as a main character in the anime has been met with mixed responses. But looking past that, I think we can all agree that Taroumaru was a true hero this week. And as much as I wanted him to survive, I think his death serves as a important reminder that miracles are tough to come by and you should cherish what you have while you have it. That and at least we get to see Kurumi live on, right? Without diving too much into that though, I personally loved how the show managed to control and transition the tone from happy-go-lucky to downright despair as the episodes came by. Then you have the big secret behind Megu-nee and why Yuki was the only one who was really holding a conversation with her. While I would have loved for Megu-nee to get a full episode dedicated to what happened right before she sacrificed herself for her beloved students, I think the overall message came across that she was always putting Yuki and the others before herself.

And so they set off to outside of their school. After 5 volumes of staying in the school, and only having outings when it was really needed, they have decided to go and set a new goal. Of course, for Yuki, they have just announced it like they are going to check out schools for when they graduate, for when they want to continue. I really love that this was done, sure, I would love to see Yuki see the truth, but the times that slivers of that reality popped in, we saw what it did to the girl, and I think it would be best if they just keep the lies alive for her and probably their sake. The only one who can truly do something is Kurumi, and I still wonder about that girl. She seems infected, but at the same time also quite healthy. It seems that she is kind of like a zombie, given to how the zombies react to her these days. Not something you would want to happen to yourself. But back to the trip. I wonder how they will do.

Gakkou Gurashi has this adorable little doggy named Taroumaru. A doggy that reminded me of my own. Born the runt of the litter, when Mollie was a few weeks old, she was no bigger than the palm of your hand. She did not walk around so much as she skipped, her unbelievably tiny legs allowing her to jump from one spot to the next. I remember thinking that a dog who was as small as she was could not possibly exist.

Cosmic Break. An interesting new Schoolgirl Anime that came out not too long ago. Gakkou Gurashi a. Except with a bit of a twist. The episodes consist of both flashbacks and hallucinations of how the girls were like before the Zombies broke out, and them in the present struggling for survival against the undead hordes and trying to keep it together. From what I've seen of it so far, it's kinda like High School Of The Dead, except with less action and blood and guts, and less ecchi moments. You still might like it though.
She is a former senior student at Megurigaoka Private High School and a member of the School Life Club , where she, as the most cheerful and optimistic person, comes up with club activities and brings comfort among the club despite their surroundings. Yuki is a young woman with straight, short, bubblegum pink hair which reaches down to her lower chin, and she has pink with a tint of red colored eyes. She usually has a bracelet on her left wrist, accessorizes her hair with black hair clips, and is usually seen wearing a black cat-cap; which is her trademark. She is fairly short with a petite build.
