Unbeknown to his neighbors, his house hides an arsenal of shrink rays, freeze rays, and battle-ready vehicles. However, these girls look at him and see something that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad. The soundtrack is also very fitting for the film and adds emotion and value. The sound and image are wonderful with sensory detail and brilliant animation. The animation are important to the feeling and atmosphere, and helps to develop the tone and overall charm of the film.
The movie itself is very cute and loveable and I am very touched by its ending. As someone who loves child-like themes and is fascinated by ingenuity, this movie definitely fits my taste. This movie is an all-time favorite!

The romantic also adds narrative to the film. The childish hints of humor are intertwined throughout the movie, and even within the characters themselves. Like for example, when Remy first teaches Linguini how to cook in his apartment and the pan flies through the window. The characters themselves make the film. Linguini is a clumsy underdog, overplayed to create sympathy. Remy, is an anthropomorphic rat whose great desire is to be a Parisian gourmet chef. Any animal lover would love him.
This movie pays great attention to details and captures the magic of Paris in a way few movies can. And as with any great movie, the soundtrack is magnificent and complements the feel of the film.
