KDIAF also offers screening programs for outstanding animated films in different categories selected from all over the world. It can be made by any technique or in any genre. Eligibility: All animated films are eligible to enter this category. Student animated films can opt to enter either this category or the Best Student Film category. Once selected, entrants grant the KDIAF and the Animation Department of TNUA the right to use the text, stills, posters, and information on the personnel for promotion, related events, and documentation for the competition. All online screenings will be regulated and only be accessible to viewers currently residing in Taiwan. The entrants should decide whether to agree with online screening, the decision will not affect the qualification for the competition.

The decision shall be made while submitting the entry form. By submitting to KDIAF , the entrants accept, without reservation, the terms of the present regulations as stated in this document. All prize awards should comply with the Taiwanese Income Tax Law. The cash prize and trophy would be given to the director unless the director designated another recipient.
