The Dungeons & Dragons Cartoon that captivated a generation

The adventurers are targeted by Venger and the dragon Tiamat and seek a way to return to the home they have lost. The series was accompanied by a line of toys which did not feature the main characters but supporting characters which were also featured in the game. There were only a total of twenty-seven episodes so it was always exciting to see if it happened to be an episode you missed, or if it would turn out to be one of your favorite episodes of the series. The plots for the episodes were rather repetitive and kind of are reminiscent of Land of the Lost episodes with the characters desperately trying and usually failing to reach Earth.

All those cool magic items the Dungeon Master gave out to the kids, bow, cloak, club, hat, javelin, shield, I think that those would be nice finds in a new campaign. But how would I do that? Each weapon had some very high powered effects. There are so many properties that I think some will have to be left off, so I first started doing a little research, and I see that I can get a lot of help from some other fan pages and Wikipedia. Also, I found out that the 5 disc DVD collection contained the 3. What I did start to quickly notice, was that from the 3. All of the weapons have a lot of powers, but as I read more of the information for the 3. I will take some of that information, and pull it together with other fan site collections for all of the magic items. I took each item, added some detail to try and make them a complete description, and tried not to deviate too much from the previous work. So here is the list of items with their descriptions.

After watching it I can say that while I was right I also found a huge appreciation of the show. There an old wizard named Dungeon Master give the eight protagonists new names for the jobs that he gives to them. You have Hank as the ranger with a bow and magic arrows, Eric as the cavalier with his shield, Diana as the Acrobat with a bo, Presto as the Magician with a magic hat, Sheila as the Thief with a robe that turns her invisible, Bobby as the Barbarian with a club, and Uni the Unicorn who is just a Unicorn. Dungeon Master would help or give hints to the group while keeping some Yoda like secrets to himself and for the group to discover.

The show — about a group of children trapped in a fantasy world known as the Realm — ran for three seasons and originally aired between September and December Read, digest, enjoy and remind yourself of just how awesome this cartoon classic truly was. On the Saturday morning cartoon show, Dungeons and Dragons , wasn't there a "last" episode in which the kids got home? Not really…and as the person who developed the show for television, you'd be amazed how often I am asked this. The show, just to remind you, was about a band of kids who were stranded in a mystical land, forced to battle dragons and stay out of dungeons, and to elude the insidious master villain, Venger. I wrote the pilot and one other episode, then went on to other things. Some fine writers grabbed the baton and made the show into a modest hit, and one that still has many fans.

Dungeons and Dragons cartoon statues are coming in from Iron Studios. The show which ran for 27 episodes from is a favorite among fans. Now they can own seven different statues from the show which will form a sweet diorama if all connected.
