Since then, fans have been eagerly anticipating the announcement of Stone Ocean 's turn to get an anime. It might be a while until that happens, but it's safe to say no one saw this coming. The series will run for three episodes, each based on one of the many spin-offs starring Araki's self-insert. Rohan's already been the focus of plenty of stories, one-shots and OVAs outside of DiU and that kind of overexposure has put off fans of other characters and parts of the expansive series, but on the plus side Takahashi is an admitted fan of the character and looks pretty good in the role.
JoJo 's last attempt at live action was Takashi Miike's DiU movie three years ago, which I didn't think was too great overall but it did have some cool moments. While Rohan didn't make an appearance in it, it would be cool to see the actors who played Josuke, Okuyasu and Koichi reprise their roles here since those characters have a cameo in Millionaire Village.
If they do, let's hope they look better than they did in the OVA. As a celebration of the anime, it'll feature a panel with the voice actors of all JoJos so far plus brand new art and merchandise. Take this with a grain of salt, but it sounds like the perfect opportunity to finally announce Stone Ocean 's anime adaptation. Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan will air on December this year, with one episode per day.

Courtesy of NHK, the live action series will run for three episodes this December and star Issei Takahashi in the lead role. Firstly, the stories that the series will be based on are pretty specific. It is also adapting Kushagara from the light novel spinoff , penned by Ballad Kitaguni and released in Speaking of staff, it must be said that Issei Takahashi looks very much the part in the titular role. His costume looks pretty good, too.
