Tonikawa tsukasa is immortal

I live for stories about couples getting together, staying together, doing cute couple shit, all that nonsense. And I especially love stories where the couples get together at the start so we can actually develop that relationship. So many of my favorite fictional romances- Monogatari, Chuunibyou, Clannad, Ore Monogatari, Symphogear arguably - became my favorites because they allow time after the establishment of the romance to really explore how the couple functions as a couple, for comedy, drama, and fluffy feels alike. So a show like Tonikawa: Over the Moon for You, where the guy and girl get married at the start and the premise is about exploring their adorable married life? But from pretty much the moment I started watching it, something felt noticeably off. And no matter how many genuinely funny or cute moments it had throughout its run, I could never shake that feeling.

TONIKAWA: Over the Moon For You – 12 (Fin) – I Want You to Live

First of all, Tsukasa-chan seems to have some sort of connection to the moon. The first time Nasa-kun met her was on a night with a full moon. When she was first introduced, she always seemed to have a moon motif about her. She is also sturdier than a regular human, having tanked a vehicle crashing into her to save Nasa and still being able to walk about normally.

Tsukasa-chan may also be much older than she seems. Later in that very same chapter or maybe the one after , she skillfully draws out a sword, something which takes a lot of practice and skill and is somehow extremely familiar with using the sword. All of this information, coupled with the knowledge that Hata-sensei likes flirting with the supernatural in his manga, leads me to think that Tsukasa-chan is not an earthling, or is not a normal human, she is inextricably linked to the moon and maybe a moon maiden.

Let me remind you of the tale of Kaguya-sama Not Kaguya Shinomiya , the maiden from the moon. If I remember correctly, a bamboo cutter found a little girl or something inside a bamboo shoot who eventually grew up to be a beautiful maiden, but when she grew up, it turned out she was actually from the moon and was carried back to the moon by a procession from the moon who froze time to prevent the earthlings from interfering.

Kaguya was a moon maiden, and I believe Tsukasa-chan maybe in a similar situation. This also gives us enough material to build villains out of. Observing the sine wave like oscillating pattern, if we apply it to Tonikaku Cawaii, we can take a gander and say that maybe Tsukasa-chan would be forced to return to the moon, or maybe an evil organization would want to control her or something, and then Nasa could use his god-level smarts to invent crazy shit to save Tsukasa-chan.

If it the two manga actually do share universes, it would be nice to see Hayate and Nagi after the end of Hayate No Gotoku in some sort of cameo. I agree that she does have some related business with the moon.

Like Like. This letter was probably writen by her to the king that is mentioned by Nasa Kun. Yes it seems to be true she is way older than she says to be, and there is also a lot of evidence to show that she is somehow connected to the moon.

Also considering her husbands name is Nasa it could also suggest that he and her will somehow be connected or already are connected to the moon. Also I have been thinking a little bit , the fact that she disappeared for 2 years without coming back why??

Another reason is During their trip She knew very old languages and described everything like she had actually been there the whole time. You are commenting using your WordPress. You are commenting using your Twitter account. You are commenting using your Facebook account.

In this episode Tsukasa and Nasa finally get to Nara to meet Nasa's parents. Nasa has consistently pitched them as being odd, and the parents even admit to being oddballs themselves, but the surprise here is that they are nowhere near as extreme as expected. That's not to say that they aren't antsy and overexuberant, but given anime's tradition of featuring truly outrageous parents, Nasa's come off as quite mild by comparison. They are just normal folks who seem to be more nervous about meeting their son's new wife than Tsukasa is about meeting them. How many parents of adult children could relate to the father being flustered about not knowing what to say to Tsukasa in the morning? The first half or so of the episode deals with the first encounter with Nasa's parents and further humor about sleeping arrangements Nasa realizes that as cute as Tsukasa sleeping on his arm seems, it is also rather uncomfortable. Maybe the most interesting detail here is that neither of his parents seems thrown off at all about Tsukasa marrying their son; as the father shows at the end, they are, instead, incredibly grateful to her since they know that she is the one who saved Nasa's life. Although Tsukasa does not make a big scene of it, she clearly values that acceptance.

Tonikaku Kawaii Episode 11 is a happy episode about all of them becoming friends, getting to know each other better, getting closer through a takoyaki party. Chitose and the two maids went to visit Tsukasa and found that the apartment is not there anymore. Chitose is so shocked and mad to know where could the couple be. The maids asked around the locals and learned that the building burned down.

In the first half, Nasa lets his tendency to get really involved in something get the best of him, and he works on a computer project all day and through the night.

Yanagi-sensei teaches her class about the store of The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter. The story is about a couple who would be separated for good, and is about a thousand years old. In the story, Kaguya-hime gives the Emperor, whom she loved, a letter and the Elixir of Immortality before she returns to the moon. However, neither the Emperor nor old man who adopted Kaguya drank the potion, feeling that immortality was pointless if they could never see Kaguya again. As such, the Emperor ordered Iwakasa to burn it at the top of Mount Suruga.

On his way to a dinner to meet his birth parents, he accidentally meets the brash, outspoken, Erika Amano, who is determined to make Nagi her fake boyfriend as she never wants to actually marry. But once Nagi makes it to dinner, he finds his parents have decided to resolve the hospital switch by conveniently having him marry the daughter his birth parents raised After harboring an unrequited love for years, Naoya Mukai finally gets to date his childhood friend, Saki Saki. However, just as he tries to commit himself to this relationship, he receives an abrupt confession from Nagisa Minase. At first, Naoya tries to reject her but is soon overcome by feelings of not wanting to hurt Nagisa. Trying to avoid betraying his girlfriend's trust in him, Naoya thinks up a "solution" to make both girls happy—two-timing. Naturally, Saki rebuffs this idea, but through Naoya's and Nagisa's persistence, she reluctantly submits.

Can't forget to play this, of course. This made me realize Nasa's just a likable Gendo, isn't he? If Tsukasa turns her soul into immortal robot fuel then Nasa will turn the world to tang inside of a year.
