Most of the time, movie fans feast their eyes on quality popcorn entertainment, like Terminator 2 and Independence Day — which turn 31 and 26 this summer, respectively. Other times, we get a shudder Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. As we celebrate the Fourth this year, and give ID4 another rewatch on its 26th anniversary, SYFY WIRE revisited some of the most memorable mega-blockbusters and not-so-mega for a ranking of the best and worst Independence Day weekend releases. What does work in this lackluster threequel is its third act, which pits John Connor once again against a murderous, liquid metal Terminator this time a woman, played by Kristanna Loken as the plot rockets to a Twilight Zone -worthy ending. In a significant gesture, he will visit a hospital on Friday in largely Palestinian East Jerusalem, which Palestinians see as the capital of a future state.
It could be the first visit to the area by a sitting U. Biden will then meet with Abbas in Bethlehem, where he will announce a new slate of economic aid to the PA, according to Israeli officials, and a series of additional goodwill steps that Israel has agreed to take such as allowing Palestinians to upgrade their broadband internet capabilities. That will mark a further break from the policies of Trump, who slashed U. Biden, who restored much of that funding , also supports reopening that consulate.

Discussions about forming a military alliance of Arab states to counter Iran , which foments instability throughout the Middle East and regularly calls for the violent destruction of Israel seems more likely.
But whatever happens, it is clear that a new Israel-United States-Saudi Arabia nexus is building steam. Even though Biden and his Israeli counterparts have kept their disagreements at a low volume, that does not mean that daylight between the two countries could be revealed during the trip.
Over 80 Democrats sent Biden a letter urging him to prevent any further evictions in the area, and a group of prominent Jewish organizations, including the Reform movement, followed suit with a letter on Monday. And just last week, the ongoing and in many cases literal fight over pluralism at the Western Wall exploded again, as a group of haredi Orthodox men physically attacked a group of non-Orthodox worshippers celebrating a bar mitzvah. American Jewish groups, especially those representing non-Orthodox denominations, have long pushed for the plan and for greater acceptance of non-Orthodox institutions in Israel.

Cartoons are allowed to be outlandish. Animation provides endless possibilities for well-written villains with unfathomable powers and abilities. However, there are many amazing cartoons that don't have compelling villains. Although the stories were great, they would've been more interesting with good villains to match. In a bid to have fairytale endings, some of the best cartoons barely have antagonists. Certain human obstacles are barely a part of the main story and are written to be defeated easily. Their villains are diminished and laughably incompetent. Sometimes they're not villains at all based on their justifications.
