When hundreds of classic Looney Tunes shorts were removed from HBO Max, fans were confused. Now, Variety reveals that the reason for this is a Looney Tunes license that expired for HBO Max. This also took down a few seasons of The Flintstones. What's happening at Warner Bros Discovery?
