Cartoon Network CANCELLED Their Best Modern Cartoon

Apple & Onion aired its final episode on Cartoon Network, but it wasn't supposed to end. Apple & Onion's creator George Gendi revealed this unfortunate news on Twitter. Why did Cartoon Network decide to cancel the show out of nowhere? What happens next for the channel?

Cartoon Network's modern era includes shows like Craig of the Creek, Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart, Teen Titans Go, Victor & Valentino, and what used to be Apple & Onion. Despite this cancellation, there's a lot to look forward to! Adventure Time is getting a brand new spinoff with Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake. The Amazing World of Gumball is returning with a new Gumball movie and series. There's also Unicorn: Warriors Eternal, from Samurai Jack creator Genndy Tartakovsky! This is the end for Apple & Onion, but the start of something new too.
