SCP-2006 Too Spooky Annoys Pennywise the Dancing Clown

SCP 2006 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Too Spooky.
Pennywise the dancing clown is the titular main antagonist in Stephen King's 1986 horror novel It.

SCP-2006 is an anomalous spherical entity roughly 50 centimeters in diameter when in its default state. SCP-2006's stated goal is to cause feelings of fear and/or horror in as many humans as possible. To accomplish this purpose, SCP2006 possesses the ability to change its shape, mass, volume, density, chemical structure, and voice to any form that it desires.
The most common form that SCP-2006 has taken is that of "Ro-Man" from the 1953 movie Robot Monster.

The IT character is an ancient, trans-dimensional evil entity which preys upon the people of Derry, Maine, roughly every 27 years, using a variety of powers that include the ability to shapeshift, manipulate reality, and go unnoticed by adults. During the course of the story, It primarily appears in the form of Penny wise the Dancing Clown. "The Losers Club" first realizes Pennywise's presence because of Bill's little brother Georgie.
